The value for money at Sapir was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a minute walk from the beach and the Carmel Market. The staff was friendly and treated us to watermelon and cold water after a long day of walking. No complaints!
More breakfast choices would have been nice.

Service was wonderful. Location - only a short walk away from the beach and also very near the hotel meeting point for day trips. I felt very safe here. All in all, it was a great stay and will recommend it to everyone.
The air conditioner was broken, the room was dirty, the lock on the door was nearly broken and hard to use. The staff is not helpful, nobody will fix anything, just tell you that you should have written your complaints down and that they're sorry.
